• Bring 8 to 10 people (No more, no less.  At least 2 adults must be working at all times.)
• Arrive at 4:20 (don’t be late!) and stay until the dishes are finished (around 9:30)
• Bring your own tip bucket
• Advertise (we’ll help by putting your name on our marquee)

We’ll give you 1 free meal ticket for every person you have here and ready to work at 4:25 (maximum 8 free tickets) so that you can eat for free during your break. Any more than 8 people will get the employee discount of 15% off their meal.  While you’re here, we’ll keep you busy with various jobs: doing dishes, bussing, chopping veggies, serving dessert pizzas, folding boxes, washing windows, and even cleaning bathrooms! Make sure that you have 8 or 9 people working at all times (from 4:30 till 9:30), with one adult overseeing the kitchen and one adult overseeing the dining area.

You keep 10% of all sales and all of the tips for the night. Previous groups have raised anywhere from $200 to $6,000!  The majority of the money that you raise will come from tips that customers leave, so make sure that you get the word out to people that want to support your group! In order for this to be a success, you need to do some advertising!

• Put an announcement in your church bulletin.
• Call your local schools and have them announce your tip night in their daily school announcements.
• Make flyers and hang them on doors in your community.

Other things you should know:

Shirts must be tucked in, hair tied back, comfortable shoes, appropriate attire (blue jeans and a t-shirt are great.)

Park in the spots closest to Main Street (don’t take any of the best spots—we want our customers to have them!)
